Office Closed
The office of Londonderry Township will be closed from Friday, September 03, 2010 until Monday, September 13, 2010. Messages for the office may be recorded on the answering machine at 610-869-2138. Should there be concerns for the road master, please call Allen Reynolds at 484-571-6445. The township permits and zoning officer, Bill Beers, can be reached at 610-857-1285.
House Bill 2431

Buy Fresh. Buy Local.
The 2010 edition of the Buy Fresh Buy Local (BFBL) Food Guide is available on the Chester County Agricultural Development Council site (click here) The food guide introduces you to some of the farmers and organizations committed to bringing healthy, local food to the public and includes a list of almost 100 producers within the county and maps their locations to help you find their farm-fresh products. The list includes farm stands, farm stores, community supported agriculture (CSA) operations, farmers’ markets, specialty producers, and retail outlets.

2010 Transfer Station Permit Applications
Applications are now available at the municipal building or at the transfer station through Mr. Simpson. Permit fees remain at $165.00 per household and $330 for multiple-resident farms. Office hours for the township are Monday through Thursday from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm.

Clothing Drop-Off for Salvation Army
SECCRA now hosts two Salvation Army clothing drop-off containers. These containers are located next to the recycling drop-off containers at the SECCRA community landfill. Residents of the SECCRA Community are invited to drop off their unwanted clothing during the landfill’s regular hours.
